Yet another remake in Kannada! 10 years old Tamil film ‘Kaakha Kaakha’ has inspired producer A Ganesh. He has roped in two remake super hit films (Gaja and Raam both Telugu films remakes) director Madesh to take up his third film. This time it is from Tamil to Kannada for Madesh.

“I have changed the whole screenplay with the help of veteran KV Raju” says Madesh who had a memorable muhuruth for his film on Thursday morning.

With the backdrop of a huge Indian flag a blast scene featuring Chiranjeevi Sarja and Ramya in front of the flag was planned for the muhurut that was attended by power star Puneeth Rajakumar and gentleman hero Ramesh Aravind.

The 8th film of producer Ganesh ‘Dhandam Dashagunam’ is a seventy five days schedule spread out in Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Kushal Nagar.

“I am trying to give a new look to the original with characters nature changing from original to this remake”, said director Madesh the successful director of Kannada cinema.

Chiranjeevi nephew of Arjun of Tamil films growing fast in numbers in Kannada has three films on floor including this one. He has only one release ‘Vaayuputra’ that was produced by Arjun. Chiranjeevi plays a crime branch head played by Suriya. “I would try to be myself”, he says in this remolded script and screenplay.

The screen charmer Ramya plays the school teacher for the first time. “I am not for more remake films”, Ramya made it clear at the media briefing and the only reason that forced her to accept this film is because of the substance of the role played by Jyothika in Tamil film ‘Kaakha Kaakha’.
